AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Half Salary of the candidate Junior level (experience range 0-5 years)
- 10% of annual salary for Middle level (experience range 5-10 years)
- 12.5% of annual salary for Senior level (experience range 10+ years)
Payment Terms
- With in 30 days from the date of candidate joining.
Replacement Terms

If the candidate leaves within 30 Days of joining, Onspotjob will find a replacement, which will not be charged for. This warranty is only if the candidate leaves on his own. We will need to be informed of candidates leaving as soon as he leaves.
It is understood that the candidate will be selected purely on the selection process of the organization, and Onspotjob does not assume any liability whatsoever that may arise at any point of time on account of the candidate selected by the organization.
